Banner Creation Process
The Colors
About the colors, well - I actually just plucked the colors out the blue here.
Inspiration
My inspiration for this is no other than Freshbook's very own banner. It's perfect: it gives off this 'full-of-energy' eye-grabbing feel to it thanks to the vibrant blue color - all while maintaining a professional look. Couldn't ask for more. :-)

Well okay, it isn't really your typical Freshbook banner 100% lookalike.. but the thing is, achieving one wasn't exactly my goal to begin with. ;-) Looking at the work now, I'm happy I was able to come up with something original in the end, whilst still getting the same vibrant + professional look I wanted from my Freshbook inspiration.
Notes:
There's the same white bg, but I had to make some adjustments + had to use green all the way (see version 2 below!) because if I were to put it on the nTrust website I'm working now, the button might not get that much attention because the bars below them actually sport the same white background too :s
Oh, and about that one green button over there in the banner above?
It is actually based on the original 'sign up' button at nTrust's own website, but I made a little adjustment: I had to change the button color to green from orange.. just see if it would help increase its chances of turning more heads. :-) (hopefully, it does!)
Version 2:
But anyway, that's about it for now - feel free to use the 1st version or the 2nd version for your own blog, etc. - whichever suits you better. Don't forget to let me know what you think about it in the comments below :-)
